1) WeTransfer
WeTransfer makes it easy to send large files. You can send up to 2GB per transfer, and you can share from your computer or from a link via e-mail or social media. There’s even an option to share a password-protected link if you’re worried about security.
2) Slack
It’s been described as a cross between email and IM—and that’s a pretty good way to describe it. It allows you to communicate with your coworkers in real time, helps you easily share documents and makes it easy to put together group meetings and calls.
3) Grammarly
Grammarly is a writing enhancement software that helps writers improve their grammar, spelling, and punctuation. No matter how many years you’ve been in school or how many books you’ve read, grammar can be tough to get right. The Grammarly extension ensures that your writing doesn’t include any embarrassing mistakes.
4) Trello
Get control of your projects and organize them on Trello’s easy-to-use interface. With Trello, you can create a hierarchy of to-do lists for your team and collaborate with others on shared projects. It’s also one of our favorite examples of gamification in productivity software.
5) Buffer
Buffer allows you to schedule, automate and analyze social media posts across all of your social channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. Not only does Buffer enable you to schedule posts for a later time, but it can be integrated with other apps like Zapier and IFTTT (if-this-then-that), which is particularly handy if you need a little more support in terms of scheduling.
6) Google Sheets
Google Sheets is a free, online spreadsheet application offered by Google that lets you create and edit spreadsheets. It gives you access to an entire library of powerful programs and functions for creating charts, data visualizations, calendars, forms, pivot tables and more. Like Google Docs and Slides, Sheets can be used from any computer or mobile device with internet access.
7) Asana
Asana is a project management system that allows you to create, assign, and keep track of tasks as well as manage your team’s schedule. Asana was founded in 2008 by Justin Rosenstein and Facebook co-founder Dustin Moskovitz. Its name comes from a Hindu term meaning seat or pose.
